  1. Take mex and wind while queuing the aircraft plant immediately.
  2. Get the aircraft plant up before 1:44 to start producing early.
  3. Build an advanced mex to keep economy scaling for T2.
  4. Send transports and scouts to allies as soon as they're ready.
