  2. Pump Blitz, Rocketeer and Pawn to the coast to stop leaks first.
  3. Add Centurion and Janus once first units are moving up.
  4. Form units into a line pushing toward middle as numbers grow.
  5. Upgrade to Advanced Metal Extractor as the economy transition kicks in.
